The Wynwood Arts District Association has been legally operating since 2009 for the well-being and improvement of the Wynwood Arts District, one of the largest and most prominent creative communities in the United States.
Taking over what used to be the warehouse and manufacturing district of Greater Miami, developers have rehabilitated neglected warehouses, shuttered factories, and other unused buildings, transforming them into the numerous art complexes, galleries, performing art spaces, restaurants, cafes, and other creative businesses that are seen here today.
With the introduction of the Second Saturday Art Walk in the District and the arrival of the Art Basel fair in 2002, Wynwood has seen some unexpected growth in a relatively short period of time as it gets more and more attention by the locals as the go-to place for an alternative and more cultural nightlife in the City of Miami.
Though the influence and relevance of the art community in Wynwood is undeniable, new, creative businesses of all types are opening their doors in the District and encountering success here.

History
Real Living Residences stands firmly at a refreshingly discreet 10 stories inside the Cynergi Building. Real Living Residences’ living structure has been designed by creatives, for creatives as a catalyst to integrate it's inhabitants seamlessly into their living spaces and to inspire both mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Spacious balconies boast industrial finished railings fabricated of steel mesh and polished metal. Discreetly bed atop the adjoining 5-story car-park is the expansive pool and modern fitness complex. Serene and chic open-air cabanas surround the pool deck allowing for relaxing and private poolside experiences. The place to be, to be still and to create.
Hotel Amenities
Real Living's outstanding array of amenities and services surround you with all of the comforts of a suite. Each unit at Cynergi is equipped with air conditioner, heater, washer and dryer, and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, and a full kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and all utensils. Complimentary WiFi internet connection, satellite/cable TV, and water service is included as part of the rent package.
Complimentary Gym access is available to Real Living guests during their stay. This new state-of-the-art fitness center is conveniently located in the Cynergi building. Group fitness classes are also available at a discount to our residents.
Enjoy our rooftop pool surrounded by generous 8' deep balconies to throw a party, cocktail, or host an event, with enough space (700 sq/ft) to showcase big screen projections or movies. This exclusive area of the building is available to tenants and to the public by reservation only.
